1. Cancellation Policy
- 1.1 72 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date are free of charge, and a full refund will be issued.
- 1.2 48 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- 1.3 Within 48 Hours of Check-In: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- 2.1 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- 2.2 Refunds will be transferred to the original payment method used during the booking.
